Health Volunteers Initiative (hvi) is a local non-profit organization of young professionals rooted in core belief that every human has a right to health and health belongs in hands of communities.
The movement views young professionals as problem bearing solvers in their surroundings. It thus intends not merely to create long lasting solutions in Rwanda community by dedicating its voice to the population for their benefit, but also to bring and sustain local home grow solutions for the better health of the next Rwanda community. In this context, the movement (hvi) comes up to bridge community based effort with policy and decision makers to relieve community health hazards, end inequality among people and bright the next generation of Rwanda through developing effective fellow leaders to unify mind diversity of professional to eliminate Global health challenges through Research initiative, community projects and leadership development.
